Free Taster Class

On Thursday 26th April 2012 Pole Position Fitness will be holding a FREE taster class at York St John Student Union from 8pm. We will be giving lessons for all you students out there who are looking for a bit of fun at the same time as getting fit. Also introducing our Student Sundays Class for only £5 per session. Come along and join in the action, have a go at one of the the worlds fastest growing art form.

Welcome Pole Position Fitness

Pole dancing is a unique dance form that combines strength, cardio vascular exercise, flexibility, coordination and posture in a fun way that is never boring, never feels like a fitness class and gives you a great workout in the process.

Pole fitness has taken off as a more widely accepted form of exercise in recent years and is rapidly becoming a fun new way to get fit. Pole Position Fitness holds a number of evening and daytime classes in York.

All Pole Position Fitness classes welcome everyone young or old, male or female of any fitness level or size and would love to see you all in class.

Pole Position Fitness offers group classes from £7 per hour, private 1-2-1 lessons, small groups and parties. Please get in touch if you would like more information about any of the Pole Position Fitness classes available.

Climb Mount Kilimanjaro Challenge 2012
Well we did it!!

After a few years of fundraising and fretting in March we finally set off on our travels to Tanzania to climb one of the tallest free standing volcanoes in the world. And what a trip it was! Our climb was to help raise funds for “Debbie Plowman’s Happy Faces Trust” and the “Pole Sports Benevolent Fund”. We raised over £10,000 for our charities and this will go a long way. Huge THANK YOU to all who have supported Me and Rach in our various fundraising activities, we couldn’t have done it without your support.
